LUSAKA - Wonderful Group has continued to strengthen its international business and investment relationships after hosting members of the French Business Circle and a diverse delegation comprising representatives from the diplomatic, finance and business communities for a high-level engagement and tour of its industrial operations in Lusaka.
Among the distinguished guests were H.E. Mr. Akiteru Mikami, Ambassador of Japan to Zambia, and Mr. Eric Rambeloson, Founder and Executive Director of the French Business Circle, who organised the visit and led the delegation.
The wider delegation brought together representatives from the financial sector, business community and other industries, creating an opportunity for cross-sector engagement around Zambia's growing industrial and investment landscape.
The delegation was received at Wonderful Group Head Office for an engagement with the Group's executive leadership before embarking on a half-day tour of some of the Group's major industrial investments.
The visit provided an opportunity for Wonderful Group to showcase the scale and diversity of its growing industrial footprint while highlighting Zambia's potential as a destination for manufacturing, technology and long-term investment.
The delegation toured Wonderful Industry Company Limited and the Wonderful Group Industrial Park, where they visited United Capital Fertilizer Limited's NPK production facility and newly launched Urea Plant, as well as Marcopolo Tiles Company Limited's latest high-technology production section.
Throughout the tour, the delegation was introduced to the investment, technology, local manufacturing capacity and people behind Wonderful Group's continued expansion in Zambia.
Beyond showcasing the Group's operations, the engagement created an important platform for conversations around investment, access to finance, industrial development, international business partnerships and potential areas of future collaboration.
As a new member of the French Business Circle, Wonderful Group welcomed the opportunity to deepen its engagement with Zambia's international business and diplomatic community and to share the Group's investment and industrial growth story.
