UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema yesterday commissioned and handed over to government a community school he built in Namwala district. Hichilema stated yesterday that the school was currently accommodating children from grades one to seven.

“We have today commissioned and handed over a community school we built in Namwala District of Southern Zambia to the government. Nchole community school project is among the several other infrastructures we are putting up in our country,” Hichilema stated.

“So far, the school has five government teachers and three community teachers. During the hand-over ceremony witnessed by our party national chairperson, Mrs Mutale Nalumango, chiefs Mukobela and Mungaila and the entire community, we stated that education is the best equaliser and that we value it.”
