PRESIDENT HICHILEMA OFFERS JOBS TO ALL CHOLERA VOLUNTEER WORKERS

 President Hakainde Hichilema has directed the Ministry of Health to employ all Cholera volunteer health workers across the country.

Speaking shortly after touring the Heroes Stadium Cholera Centre in Lusaka, President Hichilema says the Ministry should ensure that the database of the volunteers is not altered to leave deserving workers.

The President further warned that the list should not start to change from tonight.

The President further says he will not relent to enforce measures, including bringing down some structures to bring to an end Cholera.

Meanwhile, Health Minister Sylvia Masebo says the country has in the last 10 days not recorded any Cholera death while admissions have also reduced with only 65 currently admitted at Heroes Stadium.
