CHANGALA GRANTED BAIL

Civil Rights Activist, BREBNER CHANGALA has been granted bail.

Mr. CHANGALA was incarcerated with FDD Leader EDITH NAWAKWI and three others on Espionage, Proposing Tribal War, Sedition and Hate Speech charges.

He has been granted bail by LUSAKA High Court Judge GEOFFREY MULENGA, following his application for bail and Habeas Corpus.

Mr. CHANGALA has been granted constitutional bail in his own recognisance, pending court appearance for Espionage and Hate Speech charges.

Others, jointly charged with Mr .CHANGALA are LUMEZI Member of Parliament, MUNIR ZULU, MFUWE Parliamentarian MAUREEN MABONGA and Christian Democratic Party -CDP Leader DAN PULE.
