LUSAKA - The Lusaka Magistrate's Court has sentenced politician Raphael Nakacinda to a fine of K2,400 after finding him guilty of a charge of seditious practices.
Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya ordered Mr. Nakacinda to pay the fine immediately or serve three months' simple imprisonment in default.
The charge relates to remarks Mr. Nakacinda made alleging that former President Edgar Lungu's residence in Chifwema would be raided by law enforcement agencies in September 2024.
