Musuku Congratulates President Hichilema, Calls for Unity

MANSA - Former Mansa Mayor Njikho Musuku has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election, saying the President's inauguration message reaffirmed that Zambia was one people with a shared future.

Mr Musuku said the new administration should serve all Zambians regardless of how they voted or their political affiliation.

He said elections should be viewed as a contest of ideas rather than a source of permanent division, adding that citizens now had a shared responsibility to support national development.

"We are one people with a shared future," Mr Musuku said.

He said the Government's Grow Zambia agenda provided an opportunity to turn national unity into tangible development through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), support for young people and farmers, infrastructure upgrades and expanded economic opportunities.

Mr Musuku urged Zambians to contribute constructive ideas and prioritise national interests as the country continued with nation-building.

"Let us extend hands of unity and bring our best constructive ideas to the table," he said.
